- newlyweds within 10 days from the date of marriage registration upon presentation of Marriage certificate issued by the Department of Registration and Civil Status;
- married couples within 10 days after church wedding upon presentation of a document issued by religious institution to confirm the wedding;
- married couples celebrating marriage anniversaries – within 7 days before and 7 days after the anniversary date upon presentation of Marriage certificate issued by the Department of Registration and Civil Status.
